Wesecuu Camera Won’t Reset

This Wesecuu camer was working perfectly.  I moved it to a different building which required connecting to a different WiFi.  The EseeCloud cannot “find” the camera now, and nothing happens when I hold the reset button with the tip of a paperclip for five seconds.  I have tried about twenty times but the camera still can’t be found by the app.  The camera does power on, it lights up, and the head turns upon start up.
